Choices Youth Rally

[time] 10:00am – 8:00pm (Registration opens at 9:15)
[$$] $15 per teen. No cost for adults.
What is CYR?
CYR is a one-day youth rally in the Spring that will give teens an opportunity to fellowship with their Christian peers, to spend time in worship and break-out discussion, and to spiritually re-charge as they finish the Spring semester.
Where is it?
This year we are holding our event at the Zion Christian Retreat Center in Flushing, OH. 334 E High St, Flushing, OH 43977.
Is the drive too far for one day?
If so, Zion Christian Retreat does have overnight stay availability for groups. Inquire at 740-968-0955.
If you are a parent wanting to register your teen individually because your group is not coming, please email Caleb McGaughy (Youth Minister at Spring Road Church of Christ).
You will need the following things to complete this form:
– # of TEENS registered, # of ADULTS registered
– Food Allergens and/or Dietary Restrictions for your group
– OPTIONAL: Shirt Sizes
Please pay for your group with one check made out to “Spring Road Church of Christ.” If you are paying by mail, please use “ATTN: Caleb McGaughy – Choices”.
