[$$] $15 per teen (no cost for adults)
*Registration Deadline is April 12*
We are excited about this opportunity for each of our teens to worship and grow together.
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU REGISTER:
What is SRYR?
SRYR is a one-day youth rally in the spring that will give teens an opportunity to fellowship with their Christian peers, to spend time in worship and break-out discussion, and to spiritually re-charge as they finish the spring semester.
Where is it?
This year we are hosting our event at the Spring Road Church of Christ at 74 S Spring Road, Westerville, OH 43081.
If you are a parent wanting to register your teen individually because your group is not coming, please email Caleb McGaughy (Youth Minister at Spring Road Church of Christ).
You will need the following things to complete this form:
– # of TEENS registered, # of ADULTS registered
– Food Allergens and/or Dietary Restrictions for your group
Please pay for your group with one check made out to “Spring Road Church of Christ.” If you are paying by mail, please use “ATTN: SRYR”.
